Take notice that I Sumit Ohri have made an application to Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council acting as the Licensing Authority, for a new Premises Licence in respect of 2-6 Church Parade, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire West and Chester, CH65 2ER. The application may be viewed at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Cheshire West and Chester Council, HQ Building, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester, CH1 2NP, during normal office hours (except on public holidays). Representations must be made in writing. A representation form is available to download or complete on the Council website at https://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk. The date by which persons or responsible authorities may make representations to the relevant Licensing Authority against this application is 21st June 2022.
