ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - WAYFIELD AVENUE, HOVE

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 8th June 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:
(a) The temporary prohibition of waiting between 08:00 - 18:00 hours Monday to Friday, on the southern side of the carriageway, from the existing double yellow lines at the entrance to property no.2 Wayfield Avenue in easterly direction for approximately 40 metres.

2. The Order is necessary to allow construction traffic access to the Martlets Hospice site.

3. This Order comes into force on 8th June 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed which is anticipated to be 31st August 2023.
