Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 30/22/00001: Greinton House, Taunton Road, Greinton, Bridgwater TA7 9BW. Proposed repair works to roof, external walls & chimneys, with the demolition of modern chimney. This application affects a listed building.
Application No. 12/22/00008: Land North of, Bristol Road, Highbridge TA9. Erection of an industrial storage & distribution warehouse (Use Class B2/B8), with ancillary offices (Use Class E(g)(I)) & associated infrastructure works including site access, parking provision, landscaping & drainage works. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 36/22/00008: Old Bakers Yard, St Mary Street, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater TA5 1LJ. Fell one Eucalyptus tree (T1). Remove large bough of Eucalyptus overhanging the adjacent garden (T2). The tree(s) lie within a Conservation Area.
Application No. 25/22/00010: Secret World Wildlife Rescue, New Road, East Huntspill, Highbridge TA9 3PZ. Change of use & conversion of existing wildlife rescue centre to a dwelling with the erection of front (North) porch, installation of 1no. front (North) & 8no. rear (South) rooflights. Also, the formation of new access, parking & associated gardens (revised scheme). This application affects a listed building.
Application No. 33/22/00017: Springfield Gate, Yarrow Road, Mark, Highbridge TA9. Application for the Prior Approval of the proposed change of use of agricultural building to 1no. dwelling & associated operational development. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
Application No. 11/22/00040: 11 Regent Street, Burnham On Sea TA8 1AX. Subdivision of ground floor commercial unit into 2no. units, change of use & conversion of remainder of building from commercial to 5no. residential apartments, including a first & second floor rear extension. This site lies within a Conservation Area.
Application No. 08/22/00051: Unit D, Bridgwater Retail Park, The Leggar, Bridgwater TA6 4AB. Variation of Condition 9 of Planning Permission 08/13/00121 (which sought a variation of condition 9 of Planning Permission 08/94/00055 to widen the permitted restricted goods to allow additionally for the sale of pets & ancillary pet care & treatment facility) to now exclude Unit D from the restricted uses & allow open retail use. This proposal is a major development.
Application No. 08/22/00069: Northfield House, 25 Northfield, Bridgwater TA6 7HA. Fell four Sycamores (T1, T2, T3 & T4) situated in the lane to the rear of 25 Northfield. The tree(s) lie within a Conservation Area.

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 42/22/00023: 28 Hillside, Puriton, Bridgwater TA7 8AN. Reduce height of Beech trees (T1, T2 & T3) within TPO ref G1 by 4 to 5m to same height as beech in neighbours garden No 26 on right side. Shorten side branches all round by 2m to suitable secondary branches.
Application No. 55/22/00003: The Old Vicarage, Mark Road, Burtle, Bridgwater TA7 8NJ. Crown lift Walnut (T1) to 3m above ground level. Removal of epicormic growth. Reduce spread by 2m all round.
