Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1) The Metropolitan Borough Of Bury (Lune Dr, Whitefield) Temporary Closure Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Lune Drive, Whitefield - Temporary Road Closure The closure will come in to place to enable installation of telecoms within carriageway

Alternative route will be via Lune Dr, Albert Rd, Ribble Dr and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into operation on 14/06/2022 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 3 days) Dated 09/06/2022
