Notice is hereby given that House of Legend Limited has applied in respect of The Shoulder of Mutton, Halstead Road, Aldham for a Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:- Sale of alcohol, performance of plays, films and recorded music Monday to Sunday 11h00 to 23h00 Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 11h00 to 23h00

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 28th October 2013, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09h00 and 17h00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
