Notice is hereby given that on the 30th May2022 GTTO Ban Limited
applied to City of York Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises White Hone Inn, The Green, Upper Poppleton, York Y026 6DF. The proposed variation is:- 1. To amend the premises licence plan to show a new bar servery to serve the garden area. 2. To add a condition to the licence requiring that the new external bar servery closes no later than 11.00pm every day. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Services, City of York Council, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York YO10 3DS or by email to licensing.
