The Borough Council Of Bolton Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 Victoria Road, Horwich -Temporary Closure
The Council intends to make an order, operative From 27 June 2022 for 9 days approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Victoria Road from Church St to School St, to enable gas mains replacement works to take place. Alternative route will be via Winter Hey Lane, Chorley New Rd. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
