Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site bound by Cheapside Street/Piccadilly Street/Warroch Street/Anderston Quay Glasgow for erection of residential development (houses / flats / build to rent / serviced apartments) (Class 9 and sui generis) with ancillary facilities and services for residents alongside publicly accessible commercial units with potential for Class 1 (Shops), Class 3 (Food and Drink), Class 4 (Business), Class 11 (Assembly & Leisure), landscaping / public realm, formation of associated access improvements and car parking, with associated works.

A series of consultation events are being held by Baird Limited (Dandara Ltd). Consultation will be carried out in via an online event at https://www.citywharfglasgow.info. The website will launch with information on proposals on 15th June 2022. A live-chat will take place on 16th June 2022 at https://www.citywharfglasgow.info between 3pm to 6pm.
