Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site bound by Cheapside Street/Piccadilly Street/Warroch Street/Anderston Quay Glasgow for erection of residential development (houses / flats / build to rent / serviced apartments) (Class 9 and sui generis) with ancillary facilities and services for residents alongside publicly accessible commercial units with potential for Class 1 (Shops), Class 3 (Food and Drink), Class 4 (Business), Class 11 (Assembly & Leisure), landscaping / public realm, formation of associated access improvements and car parking, with associated works.

A series of consultation events are being held by Baird Limited (Dandara Ltd). Consultation will be carried out in via an online event at https://www.citywharfglasgow.info. The website will launch with information on proposals on 15th June 2022. A live-chat will take place on 16th June 2022 at https://www.citywharfglasgow.info between 3pm to 6pm. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal as part of this initial round of consultation should do so by 8th July 2022 via survey form on website or to
