I Mr Kheng Chooi Koay of 28 St Philips Grove, York, YO30 6JP, made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises: 10-12 George Hudson Street, York, YO1 6LP. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Representations to this application can be made in writing by any responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS or by e-mail to licensing@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than 24th June 2022, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed Licensable Activities / Hours of Opening/Operation: Sale by retail/supply of alcohol 11:00 23:00; Monday to Thursday and Sunday, 11:00 24:00; Friday and Saturday. Provision of late night restaurant 23:00 24:00; Friday and Saturday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
