Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Darlington Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of B & M Stores, Meynell Road (off Whessoe Road), Darlington DL3 0XZ to remove condition 12 from annex 2 ol the premises licence and replace with an additional condition. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to mate representations on the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL15QT by 24 June 2022.
