Middle Wallop, Planning Notice

Hirtenberger Defence International Ltd (HDI) has submitted a planning application with an accompanying environmental statement, to build an explosives disposal facility on their Craydown Lane Site near Middle Wallop.

The date of the application is 6th September 2021. The application, which is with the Hampshire planning authority, can be viewed online at https://planning.hants.gov.uk (stating the application reference 21/03512/CMAN). The authority can be contacted at: Strategic Planning, Economy Transport and Environment, EII Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 8UD The site of the proposed development is: Hirtenberger Defence International Ltd, Craydown Lane, Middle Wallop, Stockbridge SO20 8DX A copy of the application for planning permission, any accompanying plan and other documents, and a copy of the environmental statement may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours.

The copy of the documents may also be inspected at the HDI site Northsite Gatehouse, Craydown Lane until Monday 4th July 2022. Free copies of the Environmental Statement will be made available at the gatehouse as long as stocks last. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing before Tuesday 5th July 2022 to the planning authority at the address above.
