Notice is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Mr Graeme Alexander Mackenzie Denney of 1 Latimer Gardens, Hullavington Wilts SN14 6HF who died on 18th January 2022 are required to send particulars in writing to the estate executor at the address of 25 Fulmar Road, Porthcawl, S. Wales CF36 3UH on or before 2 months from the date of publication, after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons having regard only to valid claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
