Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1051 Brimfield Bypass To Brimfield Cross Road, Brimfield, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1051 Brimfield Bypass To Brimfield Cross Road, Brimfield, outside Manor House Farm. Grid Ref: 352665 / 267965. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A456 onto the A49 onto the C1051 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to private sewer connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 4th of July 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
