Putley Common Road, Temporary Road Closure

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1323 Putley Common Road, Putley, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1323 Putley Common Road, Putley, outside 'Lazy Acre'. Grid Ref: 364002/238224. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1304 onto the C1303, onto the C1323 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to new service connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 13th of June 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
