WA11 0LT. Take notice that application is being made by: Harwill Homes Ltd, Mr. Paul Bond. For Planning Permission to : Erect 5 no. dwelling houses including associated car parking and informal landscaping. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: St Helens Council, Town Hall, Victoria Square, St Helens. WA10 1HP.
