Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Sandstone c/o Petit Papillon Management Ltd has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Bobby's Food Market, (First floor and Part of the Second floor - External Terrace Areas), 2-12 Commercial Road, Bournemouth BH2 5LY. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 08:00 until 23:40 (Sunday to Wednesday) and 00:40 (Thursday to Saturday), live and recorded music from noon until midnight (Sunday to Wednesday) and 01:00 (Thursday to Saturday) and the provision of late night refreshment until midnight (Sunday to Wednesday) and 01:00 (Thursday to Saturday) with extended hours on New Year's Eve. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or
