[Prohibition of Waiting on Hanbury Park Road, Chamberlain Road, Manor Road and Earlsdon Road, Worcester]

On 19 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:-
Hanbury Park Road (north side) from a point 10m east of its junction with Manor Road to a point 10m west of that junction; from a point 10m east of its junction with Earlsdon Road to a point 10m west of that junction; (south side) from a point 10m east of its junction with Chamberlain Road to a point 10m west of that junction. Chamberlain Road (both sides) from its junction with Hanbury Park Road for a distance of 10m in a southerly direction. Earlsdon Road (both sides) from its junction with Hanbury Park Road for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction. Manor Road (both sides) from its junction with Hanbury Park Road for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 9 June 2022. Documents in relation to this Order can be downloaded at

Oldbury Road (south side) from its junction with Ambrose Close for a distance of 10m in both an easterly and a westerly direction; Ambrose Close (east side)
from its junction with Oldbury Road to a point 10m south of its junction with Milward Close; Milward Close (both sides) from its junction with Ambrose Close for a distance of 5m in an easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. On 19 May 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:-
Stanley Road (West Side) from a point 48 meters south of its junction with Cecil Road, for a distance of 12 metres, in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. (U60002 Roman Road and U60002 Napleton Lane, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: To close that part of U60002 Roman Road from its junction with U60003 Brookends Lane to its junction with U60012 Bestmans Lane. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U60003 Brookends Lane, A38 Main Road, U60012 Bestmans Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: To close that part of U54257 Powells Row
from its Junction with B4206 Malvern Road to its junction
with U54256 Swanpool Walk.
Reason: Streetlighting installation by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4206 Malvern Road, U54256
Swanpool Walk and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 6 June 2022.
(C2108 Broomhall, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: To close that part of C2108 Broomhall from its junction with U60001 Broomhall Lane for a distance of 300 metres in a Northerly direction. Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2055 Norton Road, A4440 Broomhall Way, A38 Worcester Road, A38 Bath Road, A38 Main Road, U60003 Brookend Lane, U60003 Upper Brookend and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.
(C2065 Lulsley, Lulsley)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2065 Lulsley
from its junction with C2279 Hill Road for a distance of
150 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: New customer connection by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2070 Suckley Road, C2070 Suckley,
C2244 Suckley, C2244 Crews Hill, C2244 Workhouse

(C2155 Offerton Lane, Hindlip) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of C2155 Offerton Lane from its junction with A4538 Worcester Rugby Club roundabout to its junction with U41207 Smite Lane. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4538 Pershore Lane, A38 Droitwich Lane, C2086 Pulley Lane, C2155 Newland Common Road, C2155 Hulls Lane, C2155 Smite Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.
(C2086 Ladywood Road, Salwarpe)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2086 Ladywood
Road from its junction with C2086 Copcut Lane to its
junction with U41008 Station Road.
Reason: Water leak/burst main repairs by Severn Trent
Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2086 Copcut Lane, A38 Droitwich Road, U41008 Station Road, C2139 Ladywood Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.
(U50207 Longfellow Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U50207 Longfellow Road from its junction with U50215 Addison Road to its junction with U50200 Wordsworth Avenue. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U50215 Addison Road, U50209 Blanquettes Avenue, A38 Droitwich Road, B4482 Bilford Road, U50200 Wordsworth Avenue and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 27 June 2022.
(U50016 Back Walk, Worcester)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U50016 Back Walk
from its junction with A38 Upper Tything to its junction
with U50012 Hebb Street.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A38 Upper Tything, U50012 Hebb Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days Commencing: 23 June 2022.
(U43200 North Piddle Lane, North Piddle) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U43200 North Piddle Lane from its junction with A422 Worcester Road to its junction with U43201 Village Street. Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A422 Worcester Road, C2010 New Road, C2010 Radford Road, C2225 Bishampton Road, C2225 North Piddle Lane to Bishampton and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 7 June 2022.
(C2108 Broomhall, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2108 Broomhall from its junction with U60001 Broomhall Lane to its junction with C2055 Norton Road. Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2055 Crookbarrow Road, C2055 Church Lane, C2201 Wadborough Road, C2108 Wadborough Road, C2108 Hatfield, C2108 Hatfield Bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 25 June 2022.
(U53113 Trinity Street (part) & U53123 St. Swithins Street & U53112 The Cross, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and (One-Way reversal) and (Prohibition of No Left Turn) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U53114 Trinity Street (part) & U53123 St.Swithins Street & UU53112 The Cross from its junction with U53114 The Trinity to its junction with U53111 Angel Street, reversing the One-Way on U53113 Trinity Street towards A38 St. Nicholas Street and prohibiting left hand turn. Trinity Street will operate as normal outside of closure hours. NB: Phase 3A: 27 June for 5 weeks - carriageway incursion only on The Cross 06.00-17.00. Phase 3B: 1 August for 4 weeks - road closures between 10:00-18:00.
Phase 3C: 29 August for 5 weeks - carriageway incursion only on The Cross 06:00-17:00.
Phase 3D: 3 October for 4 weeks - road closure between 10:00-18:00.
Reason: Upgrade of footways and carriageway parking bays on The Cross by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U53113 Trinity Street, A38 St Nicholas Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 126 days Commencing: 27 June 2022.
(U50365 Green Lane, North Claines) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U50365 Green Lane from its junction with A449 Ombersley Road to its junction with U50319 Northwick Road . Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A449 Ombersley Road, U50372 Grange Avenue, U50367 Bevere Close South, U50366 Bevere Close, U50319 Northwick Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 27 June 2022.
(C2029 Claines Lane, Worcester)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2029 Claines
Lane from its junction with A38 Droitwich Road to its
junction with C2138 School Bank.
Reason: Drainage works by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A38 Droitwich Road, C2138 Dilmore
Lane, C2138 Danes Green, C2138 School Bank and vice
versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 29 June 2022.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of A38 City Walls Road from its junction with A38 St. Nicholas Street to its junction with B4205 St Martins Gate. Reason: Carriageway maintenance by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Northbound Diversion: A44 City Walls Road, A44 London Road, A44 Whittington Road, A4440 Swinesherd Way, A4440 Nunnery Way, A4440 Grange Way, A4440 Parsonage Way, A4440 Warndon Way, A449 Worcester Northern Link, A4536 Blackpole Road, A4536 Hurst Lane, A38 Droitwich Road, A38 Tything, A38 St Marys Street, A38 Sansome Walk, A38

Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of A4536 Blackpole Road & A4536 Hurst Lane from its junction with A449 Worcester Northern Link Slip Road to its junction with C2075 Hindlip Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion (northbound): A449 Worcester Northern Link (east), A449 Claines roundabout, A449 Worcester Northern Link (west). Diversion (southbound): A449 Worcester Northern Link (west), M5 Junction 6 Sixways roundabout, A449 Worcester Northern Link (east) and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (20:00-06:00) Commencing: 30 June 2022.
(Henry Street, Worcester) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2022
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which
will be to prohibit stopping Mon-Fri 8.15am-5pm on School Keep Clear Markings
on the following lengths of road in Worcester:-Henry Street (West side): from a point 6 metres north of its junction with St George's Lane North for a distance of 27 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to Prohibit Waiting At Any Time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Wheeler Close (North side): from a point 12 metres west of its junction with Henwick Road for a distance of 61 metres in a westerly, then southerly direction; (South side): from a point 43 metres west of its junction with Henwick Road for a distance of 6 metres in a south westerly direction.
Limited Waiting 45 Mins No Return 2 Hours Mon-Fri 10am-4pm
(South side): from a point 12 metres west of its junction with Henwick Road for a distance of 7 metres in a north westerly direction; then from a point 28 metres west of the junction for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.
