The Dorset Council (St Martins Road, Upton) (School Street) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) (Experimental Order) 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended: Relevant exemptions will apply where appropriate and as necessary in accordance with the provisions of the Order.

When the Experimental Order comes into operation on the 13 June 2022 the effect will be to prohibit driving of motor vehicles in St Martins Road, Upton during the hours: ? 8.15am until 9.30am and 2.30pm until 3.30pm on every school day. The reasons for proceeding by way of experimental order is to assess the effects of the changes before Dorset Council consider whether the provisions of the experimental Traffic Order shall continue in force indefinitely.
