2. The Oxfordshire County Council, Spelsbury Footpath No 19 (part), Public Path Extinguishment and Definitive

Map and Statement Modification Order 2022. The Diversion Order, made on 9 May 2022, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting:
Spelsbury FP 19 from the Taston Brook at OS Grid Ref SP 34594 21210 SW for 80m to SP 34545 21144 and then W for 70m to SP 34481 21135 and Spelsbury Fp 19 running from Spelsbury Fp 21 at SP 34537 21103 S for 5m to Charlbury Fp 3 at the Charlbury Parish Boundary at SP 34537 21098 to a new line from the Taston Brook at OS Grid Ref SP 34594 21210 SW for 17m through SP 34590 21209 and SP 34589 21205 to SP 34582 21201, continuing W for 102m to SP 34485 21191, SSE for 18m to SP 34493 21175, and then generally SW for 50m through SP 34490 21173, SP 34472 21147 and SP 34467 21144 to Fp 19 at SP 34463 21136 as shown on the Order map. Spelsbury FP 21 from Spelsbury Fp 19 at OS Grid Ref SP 34537 21103 W for 21m to SP 34513 21104 and then NW
for 54m to the Coldron Brook and Fp 19 at SP 34466
21136 to a new line from OS Grid Ref SP 34480 21135 generally SW for 66m to Charlbury Fp 3 at the Charlbury Parish Boundary at SP 34528 21096 as shown on the Order map.
Charlbury FP 3 from OS Grid Ref SP 3454 2108 N for 14m to the Spelsbury Parish Boundary and Spelsbury FP 19 at SP 34537 21098 fo a new line from OS Grid Ref SP 34541 21084 NW for 18m to the Spelsbury Parish Boundary at SP 34528 21096 as shown on the Order map. The Extinguishment Order, made on 9 May 2022, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by deleting a 42m length of Spelsbury FP 19 running S from OS Grid Ref SP 3454 2114 at Coldron Mill and leading into a pond at SP 3453 2110 as shown on the Order map. If the Orders are sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Orders.
