Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Bolling Road, Ben Rhydding, Ilkley Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Boiling Road, Ben Rhydding, llkley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Boiling Road from a point outside of No. 117 Boiling Road to a point outside of No. 119 Boiling Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access, access for emergency service vehicles and vehicles associated with the works will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Boiling Road (unaffected section), Springs Lane, Cowpasture Road, Ben Rhydding Road, Wheatley Lane and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 12th June 2022 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on the 13th June 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
