Notice is hereby given that on the 24th May 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Fighting Cocks, 4 South Street, Durham DH1 4PP. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. Live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything similar 11:00 to 01:00 Monday to Wednesday, 11:00 to 02:00 Thursday to Saturday and 12:00 to 00:30 Sunday. 2. Late night refreshment
23:00 to 01:30 Monday to Wednesday, 23:00 to 02:00 Thursday to Saturday
and 23:00 to 01:00 Sunday. 3. Sale of alcohol 11:00 to 01:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 11:00 to 02:00 Thursday to Saturday.

Please note - this shadow licence application is intended to replicate as closely as possible the terms of the existing trading licence.
