Road Traffic Regulation act 1984 - Section 14 City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Footpath No. 113 (Bradford North), Thackley, Bradford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Footpath No. 113 (Bradford North), Thackley, Bradford should be restricted or prohibited because of the likelihood of danger to the public intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the of length Footpath No. 113 (Bradford North) from its junction with Leeds Road to its junction with a Footpath No. 112 (Bradford North).

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
No alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the order will be available.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 09:00 hours on the 10th of June 2022 and will remain in force until 18:00 hours on the 9th December 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
