Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1 ),45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.

Effect of the order: To Implement 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following
lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest.
Road Description
Old Shire SOUTHEAST SIDE:
Lane From a point approximately 24 metres southwest of the southwestern kerb line of the entrance to the Marriott Hotel, in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 100 metres. NORTHWEST SIDE:
From a point at the north-eastern kerb line of the entrance to the Marriott Hotel, in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 66 metres.
From a point at the southwestern kerb line of the entrance to the Marriott Hotel, in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 24 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Place) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TQ400 000 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Threshers Bush, High Laver/Matching-Hobbs Cross Road, Matching) (New Way Lane, Matching & Green Lane, Threshers Bush/North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days
from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road

Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Threshers Bush, High Laver/Matching-Hobbs Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Tilegate Road for a distance of approximately 2180m in a northwesterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of New Way Lane, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Threshers Bush to its junction with Faggotters Lane a distance of approximately 1877m.

3. To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Threshers Bush/North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Threshers Bush to the junction with Foster Street for a distance approximately 1165m.

The Order will come into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Toot Hill Road, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Toot Hill Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 60m southwest of both its junctions with Greensted Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06047669/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Toot Hill Road, Greensted Road, Drapers Corner and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Upland Road, Epping Upland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The temporary stopping restrictions and closures are scheduled to commence on 6 June 2022 at 11:00am and will finish in Essex at 12:20pm or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, the closures are required for the safety of the public whilst the Tour of Britain Women's Road Race, Special Event (Cycling) takes place. Provisions relating to speed limits either by Order or by virtue of street lighting (Restricted Roads) are hereby suspended on the roads specified in Schedule above hereto in so far as they relate to any vehicle used in conjunction with the Tour of Britain Women's Road Race Stage 1 Special Event.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
