Cheshire West And Chester Borough Council Notice Of Making Tro 3240 (31 Bond Street, Northwich) (Disabled Persons Parking Place) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that on 26th May 2022 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which came into force on 27th May 2022.
The effect of the order will be to introduce a parking place for disabled persons outside 31 Bond Street, Northwich.
SCHEDULE - DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACE Bond Street, Northwich (west side) - from a point 121 metres north of its junction with A533 Winnington Lane for a distance of 6.6 metres in a northerly direction. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, in relation to the Order you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC TRO 3513 - Mill Lane in the Parish of Crowton
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily reduce traffic speed on the following length of road in Crowton to enable new pipeline installation, works to be carried out by United Utilities. Mill Lane, Crowton - ** Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used for the conveyance of persons goods or merchandise to or from any premises situate on or adjacent to the lengths of road or in connection with agriculture building construction works of repair and the like or use in an emergency of vehicles for fire brigade ambulance or police purposes. A through route will not always be available and any vehicles not requiring access to properties on the length of road should use the alternative routes.

The Order will come into force on 6th June 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed whichever is the earlier.
