(Harley Terrace, Sherburn Village) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 27 May 2022 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 45 metres length of Harley Terrace, Sherburn Village, Durham, to the rear of Harley Terrace, from the junction with Park House Close to the junction of King Street to enable Northumbrian Water Limited supply renewal works to be undertaken. An alternative route is available for vehicular traffic via Hallgarth Street and King Street. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The works are expected to commence at 8am on 6 June 2022 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Access will be maintained for emergency services.
