(Parking and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2013 (Amendment No. 1) Order 2022

The Council on 27 May 2022 made an Order under Sections 1,2,4, 32 and 35 and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 "the Act"), as amended, the effect of which comes into operation on 13 June 2022 and is to introduce a Restricted Loading Only bay (Monday-Saturday 09:30am-11:30am) & Limited Waiting bay (Monday-Saturday ll:30am-6pm) on the southern side of Broom Lane from point 20 metres south east of its junction with the un-named access road to Rosewood Walk for 24 metres in a south-easterly direction. All other restrictions locally are un-changed. Full details are contained in the Order, a copy of which may be inspected via the Council website and at Brandon Library during normal opening hours. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by "the Act", as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 2 June 2022 apply to make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
