Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) U5030 Pittland Hills To Middle Cowden Birtley (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U5030 Pittland Hills To Middle Cowden from its point 316 metres east of the junction with U5029 Catren To Cockplay heading west for a distance of 50 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 21st June 2022 until the 27th June 2022.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from
the 21st June 2022 during this period.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the
C214, C213, U5029 and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian
Water to allow the delivery and collection of plant and
materials to complete works on NWL reservoir.
