Notice of Public Path Diversion Order Town And Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Public Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpath 503 (Part), Deflord, Worcestershire

The above Order was made on 19 May 2022. The effect of the Order will be to STOP UP the existing Footpath No. 503 Defford which runs from Point A (Grid reference 392080 243548) across farmland in a south­westerly direction to Point C (Grid reference 392036 243511) where it meets Upper Street, Defford, all as shown on the plan annexed to the Order (the Order Plan)

The overall length of the path is approximately 57 metres | and is shown as a bold black line on the Order Plan AND CREATE a new footpath running from Point B (Grid reference 392036 243552) in an easterly direction along a footpath constructed of compressed stone for approximately 44 metres to Point A (Grid reference 392080 243548), where it continues where it continues as Footpath 503, all as shown on Die Order Plan. The new footpath shall be 3 metres in width, nominally level in its cross axis and will be approximately 44 metres in length, as shown as bold black dashes on the Order Plan.

A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre at the address below during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to The Director of Legal and Governance, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT (ref. Legal/PMH/FP1.71) not later than 6 July 2022. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wychavon District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. 1 June 2022
