Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting on Ryefields Road, Prior Avenue and Cloverdale, Stoke Prior]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to Prohibit Waiting At any Time on the following lengths and side of roads in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove:-
Ryefields Road (North side): from its junction with Prior Avenue for a distance of 5.5 metres in both an easterly and a westerly direction.
Prior Avenue (Both sides): from its junction with Ryefields Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.
Cloverdale (Both sides): from its junction with Ryefields Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
Restrict Waiting between 7am-9pm on the following lengths of road in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove:-
Ryefields Road (South side): from its junction with Cloverdale for a distance of 72 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(U23433 Peterbrook Road, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: To close that part of U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with U23431 Drawbridge Road to its junction with U23435 Rolan Drive. Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U23431 Drawbridge Road, U23426 Haslucks Green Road, U23424 Haslucks Green Road, U23433 Peterbrook Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 June 2022.
(B4497 Battens Drive, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of B4497 Battens Drive from its junction with U32329 Padgets Lane to its junction with A4023 Coventry Highway roundabout. Reason: New road construction by Stuart Weight Consultancy & Design Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4023 Coventry Highway, C2123 Alders Drive, A4189 Warwick Highway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 nights (18:00-06:00) Commencing: 3 June 2022.
(Link Footpath F30038 Sedgley Close (front nos. 2-5) and Link Footpath F30034 Sedgley Close (outside nos.22-27), Redditch (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of Link Footpath F30038 Sedgley Close (front nos. 2-5) and Link Footpath F30034 Sedgley Close (outside nos.22-27), from its junction with U32008 Sedgley Close to its junction with Link Footpath F30034 Dale Road for its entire length.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: F30034 Dale Road, F30034 Sedgley Close, U32008 Sedgley Close, F30038 Sedgley Close and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing:
6 June 2022.
(U30109 Paddock Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U30109 Paddock Lane from its junction with U30108 Castleditch Lane for a distance of 500 metres in a westerly direction. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30108 Castleditch Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 7 June 2022.
(Link Footpaths: F30649 Woodberrow Lane/F30650 Boultons Lane/ F30651 Campden Close & F30654 Chandlers Close, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of F30649 Woodberrow Lane/F30650 Boultons Lane/F30651 Campden Close & F30654 Chandlers Close from its junction with U30217 Woodberrow Lane and U30219 Boultons Lane to its junction with U30222 Chandlers Close and U30218 Campden Close. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30217 Woodberrow Lane, U30219 Boultons Lane, U30220 Austcliff Close, Footpath F30652, Footpath F30650 to U30219 Boultons Lane,
Footpath F30655 to U30222 Chandlers Close, Footpath F30654 and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months from 30 May 2022. Anticipated duration: 16 days.
