Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Milton, Sutton Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 30 May 2022 Coming into force: 6 June 2022 This Order is being introduced because of electrical ducting installation works which is anticipated to be completed 26 June 2022. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Sutton Road east of Milton. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via, High street, Milton - Brook Street, Drayton Road, Milton Road, Drayton Road, Sutton Road and vice versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T10146/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

East Hanney, Oxford Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 20 June 2022 Coming into force: 30 June 2022 This Order is being introduced because of BT ducting being placed in the footway and carriageway (outside No.1) which is anticipated to be completed 13 July 2022. Works will operate between 20:00 and 06:00hours. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit through traffic proceeding in Oxford Road.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the A338, Station Road, A417, Denchworth Road, Faringdon Road, Stanford Road, A420, A338, Oxford Road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T9976/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Didcot Broadway Prohibition of Through Traffic and Waiting Date of Order: 20 June 2022 Coming into force: 27 June 2022 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway resurfacing works which are anticipated to be completed 7 July 2022. Works will operate between 19:00 and 06:00hrs. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding or waiting in the whole length of Broadway.
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the B4493, Station Road, Hitchcock Way and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T10334/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Didcot, Broadway Temporary Prohibition of Waiting, Loading & Unloading Date of Order: 30 May 2022 Coming into force: 8 June 2022 This Order is being introduced because of drainage repairs and kerb repair works to be carried out in the highway which are anticipated to be completed 5 July 2022. Works will operate between 07:00 and 19:00hrs. The effect of the order is to prohibit Waiting, Loading and unloading in Broadway between St Andrews Road and Civic Hall. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the prohibition is in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T10337/AC)

Didcot, Broadway Temporary Prohibition of Waiting, Loading/Unloading, Parking Date of Order: 30 May 2022 Coming into force: 06 June 2022 This Order is being introduced because of drainage repairs, kerb repairs works to be carried out in the highway which are anticipated to be completed 24 July 2022. This will operate between 07:00 and 19:00hrs
Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the prohibition is in force. Exemptions are included for police, fire and ambulance services and for the works. 1. (Oxfordshire 7.5 Tonne Maximum Gross Weight Restriction) (Amendment No.*) Order 20** 2. (Whites Lane, Radley) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 20**


NOTICE is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders are proposed as a result of the adjacent development of land for residential purposes and the associated re-alignment of Whites Lane, Radley with the follow effect:
1) Amend the existing 7.5 Tonne Maximum Gross Weight Restriction on Whites Lane by moving the terminal point to the new section of road.

2) Introduce a new Prohibition of Driving restriction on a 50 metre section of the old part of Whites Lane, approximately 165 metres north of its junction with Foxborough Road. The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxfordshire 7.5 tonne Maximum Gross Weight Restriction) Order 2007 will be further amended as appropriate.

Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below by 30 June 2022.
