Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Barn Hall Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayne Hatch Lane to its junction with Plaistow Green a distance of approximately 1255m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT006-E-HHGABE - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Rayne Hatch Lane, Pennypot Corner, Plaistow Green Road, Plaistow Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Lane, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bulford Lane for a distance of approximately 290m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th June 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZP011P98637N0021306/R2 - Gas Transportation Co Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while HV cable installation works are undertaken by Gas Transportation Co Ltd. An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Polecat Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Polecat Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th June 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (ZP010N0022107-1-MK-EUL - Gas Transportation Co Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Gas Transportation Co Ltd. An alternative route is available via Polecat Road, The Street, Ashes Road, Long Green, A120 J B1018 Roundabout, Galley Roundabout, Cressing Road, Cressing Road Roundabout, Papley Road, Braintree Road, Witham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tey Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tey Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with America Road for a distance of approximately 810m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th June 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT002-E-WECNCR - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
An alternative route is available via Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road, America Road and vice versa (with access only into Tey Road). The Order will come into effect on 9th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alderford Street, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Alderford Farm Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30066705720 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Swan Street, Station Road, Queen Street, Sheepcot Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(America Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of America Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m east of its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 255m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCLRT62R - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via America Road, Tey Road, Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road and vice versa.

(Evelyn Wood Road, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Evelyn Wood Road, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m north west of its junction with Jeffreys Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th June 2022 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001149065 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Evelyn Wood Road, Claud Ince Avenue, Jeffreys Road and vice versa.

(Hayhouse Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hayhouse Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Thomas Bell Road for a distance of approximately 135m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th June 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD039WAT-07594-04-30/6 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while wash out installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via Hayhouse Road, Foundry Lane, Massingham Drive, High Street, Church Hill, Park Lane, Upper Holt Street, Coggeshall Road, Curds Road, Newhouse Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Letches Lane, Greenstead Green, Tidings Hill/Oak Road, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Letches Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Oak Road to its junction with Grange Close a distance of approximately 164m.

2. To temporarily close that length of Letches Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Grange Close to its junction with White Horse Avenue a distance of approximately 100m.

3. To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Letches Lane for a distance of approximately 305m in a north westerly direction.

4. To temporarily close that length of Tidings Road, Halstead, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with White Horse Avenue to its junction with Roundacre a distance of approximately 205m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 7th June 2022 for 145 days (1 closure at a time), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231006526 -Bellway Homes). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while bellmouth construction and related works are undertaken on behalf of Bellway Homes.
An alternative route is available via White Horse Avenue, Three Gates Close, Oak Road and vice versa for closures 1,2 and 3 or Tidings Hill, Ronald Road, White Horse Avenue and vice versa for closure 4. The Order came into effect on 2nd June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
