(ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
HIGH ROAD WEST N17 (HGY/2021/3175)


DP9 Ltd acting as agent on behalf of Lendlease (High Road West) Limited [the applicant] made an application for proposed development at High Road West, London N17 (land at Whitehall Street and between the railway & the High Road from Brereton Road in the south to the B&M store in the north) reference HGY/2021/3175 on 08/11/2021 to Haringey Council of 1st Floor, 40 Cumberland Road, Wood Green, London N22 7SG.

Further information has been submitted in relation to this application, including: Environmental Statement (ES) Addendums dated February and May 2022; changes to Development Specification, Design Code, Description of Development and associated supporting Planning Application Documents.

The revised description of development reads:

Hybrid Planning application seeking permission for 1) Outline component comprising demolition of existing buildings and creation of new mixed-use development including residential (Use Class C3), commercial, business & service (Use Class E), business (Use Class B2 and B8), leisure (Use Class E), community uses (Use Class F1 /F2), and Sui Generis uses together with creation of new public square, park & associated access, parking, and public realm works with matters of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping, and access within the site reserved for subsequent approval; and 2) Detailed component comprising Plot A including demolition of existing buildings and creation of new residential floorspace (Use Class C3) together with landscaping, parking, and other associated works.

The ES addendums and other information can be inspected on the Council website (www.haringey.gov.uk/planning) & in person at The Grange Community Hub, White Hart Lane N17 during its usual opening hours. The latest date on which it will be available for inspection at The Grange will be not less than 30 days from the date this notice is published, and it will remain viewable on the Council's website in perpetuity. Physical copies of the further information may be obtained on request and on payment of £25.
