EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Boswell Crescent, Bryce Avenue and Eglinton Drive, Logan) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022
On 31/05/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait between 8am and 6pm on Boswell Crescent (on both sides between No 5 and No. 29) and Bryce Avenue (both sides between No, 21 and the junction with Eglinton Drive) and Eglinton Drive (both sides between Boswell Crescent and Bryce Avenue), Logan by reason of BT works being executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 8/6/22 until 18:00 on 21/6/22 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

(Mclntyre Crescent, Cumnock) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022
On 31/05/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Mclntyre Crescent from No.28 southwards for a distance of 30m (except for vehicles engaged on the Scottish Water works or for vehicles requiring access to premises within the closed area), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 09:00 hrs on 06/06/22 until 15:00 hrs on 17/6/22 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
