Application tor a Variation to the Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that that Great Britain Limited has applied to the Royal Borough ol Greenwich Council for a Variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 39 (formerly referred to as No 1.) Macbean Street, Woolwich, SE18 6LW. The proposed variation is to update the layout plan attached to the licence as the store is being refurbished and extended; Alteration to the times the licence authorises the carrying on of licensable activity to remove exceptions ol Christmas Day 12:00 noon until 15:00 and then from 1100 until 22:30 and Good Friday 08:00-22:30; Inclusion of a seasonal variation:14 days prior to the 25th December each year, the premises licence to authorise the sale of alcohol between the hours of 07:00-23:00 daily; Opening hours stated on the premises licence to be updated to reflect the seasonal variation; Amend the store address on the Premises Licence to 38 Macbean Street as per the address registered with Royal Mail and induce additional conditions to promote the licensing objectives.
