Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by Stewart Milne Homes:
Proposed Development at Land to the West of Barochan Road, Houston for Residential Development including Access, Drainage, Landscaping and Associated Works.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, in line with Scottish Government guidance, a public consultation process will be held online. The consultation will be held at barochanroadplanning@bartonwillmore.co.uk and be open for questions and comments for a period of 25 days from 6 June 2022 until 1 July 2022. This will include a day of live interaction on 16 June 2022 between the hours of 2pm until 7pm where members of the project team will be available to answer questions and interact with the local community through a live chat function.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant at this stage are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Renfrewshire Council, neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and there will be the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal directly to Renfrewshire Council.
