Take notice that on 20/05/2022 THE YORK GIN COMPANY LIMITED of Quad 4,Great North Way, Poppleton, York, YO26 6AF made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises #5 St Mary's Square, Coppergate Walk, York, YO1 6NY. The Licencing Application register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team ( Tel 01904 552422 ) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk.Representations must be made no later than 20/06/2022 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows* live music Monday to Saturday 09:00-22:30, Sunday 10:00-22:30. *recorded music Monday to Saturday 09:00-22:45, Sunday 10:00-22:45. *sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 09:00-23:00, Sunday 10:00-23:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
