Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Haven Leisure Limited has applied to Dorset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for an Outdoor Stage and Container Bar Area at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, Preston Road, Weymouth, DT3 6BQ.The location of which is shown on the plan deposited with the application.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Plays, Live music (limited to live vocalists and acoustic sets), Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, and Entertainment of a Like Kind (all outdoors) to be permitted in the outdoor area as detailed on the plans lodged with the Licensing Authority between the Friday which is three weeks before Good Friday in each calendar year and the end of October in each calendar year 11:00 - 21:00 Monday to Sunday; Films (outdoors) to be permitted in the outdoor area as detailed on the plans lodged with the Licensing Authority between the Friday which is three weeks before Good Friday in each calendar year and the end of October in each calendar year 11:00 - 23.00 Monday to Sunday on up to three occasions per week. On all other days films will be permitted until 21 ffl hours; Sale and supply of alcohol (on and off sales) to be permitted in the outdoor area as detailed on the plans lodged with the Local Authority 11 :00 to 23.00 Monday to SundayThis activity to be permitted all year round; Opening hours 00:00 - 00:00 Monday to Sunday all year round because the area is an open field with public rights of way in the area. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, DTI IX| no later than 23rd June 2022 stating the grounds for representation.
