Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence

We, All Stars American Grill Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Bobby Jo's Diner, 11-12 Eastern Esplanade, Southend-On-Sea, Essex, SS1 2ER. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are the sale of alcohol in our usual opening hours. Monday to Thursday 10am-10:30pm, Friday 10am-11:30pm, Saturday 10am-11:59pm, Sunday 10am-10:30pm.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 23rd June 2022. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
