CYNGOR SIR CEREDIGION
Mae'r Cyngor wedi gwneud Gorchymyn (Arbrofol) Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros, Uwytho a Dadlwytho) (Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Aberteifi a Chei Newydd) 2022, daw i rym o 10/06/2022 ymlaen am uchafswm o 18 mis. Mae hwn yn diwygio Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros, Llwytho a Dadlwytho) 2019 drwy gyflwyno'r canlynol:
CEREDIGION COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made the Ceredigion County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Unloading) (Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Cardigan, and New Quay) (Experimental) Order 2022, effective from 10/06/2022 for a maximum of 18 months. This amends the Ceredigion County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Unloading) Order 2019 by introducing the following:

Details may be inspected at Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, and Cardigan libraries and online at

travel-roads-parking/consultations. After six months, the Council will consider if the Order should be made permanent. Objections, stating reasons in writing, to

or Legal Services, c/o Postroom, Ceredigion County Council, Canolfan Rheidol, Rhodfa Padarn, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, SY23 3UE to be received by 10/12/2022. If you believe this Order is invalid because it does not comply with legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 06/07/22.
