Section 123 Of The Local Government Act 1972 (As Amended) Public Open Space

NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose via lease to West Swindon Parish Council of approximately 0.38 acres of land deemed to be Public Open Space at Rivermead Drive, Rivermead, Swindon. The land will be used to enlarge the existing skate park. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.
Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 10 June 2022.
