Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission

Proposed development at: Buckinghamshire College Campus, Spring Lane, Flackwell Heath, High Wycombe HP10 9HE Take notice that application is being made by: Buckinghamshire College Group For planning permission to: Outline planning permission sought (Access, Appearance, Layout and Scale for determination (Landscaping to be reserved)) for the demolition and redevelopment of existing Buckinghamshire College Campus to provide up to 66 residential dwellings (use class C3), a 30 space car park to serve the adjoining sports pitches, retention of existing children's day nursery, public open space, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, and other associated engineering works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
