PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 17 May 2022. The Order comes into operation on 1 June 2022 as detailed in the Schedule below. REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 17 May 2022, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
