Notice of Application for the variation of a Premises Licence we, Wadworth and Company Limited hereby give notice that it have applied to Southampton City Council for Variation of a Premises Licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: the Millers Pond, Middle Road, Sholing, Southampton, SO19 8FQ the application is for variation of the premises licence as follows: to allow films to be shown outside in garden from 1000 hrs to 2300 hrs monday to sunday 7 day a week for provision of lvie music, recorded music and anything of a similar description outside from 1000 hrs to 2200 hrs monday to sunday 7 days a week hours for all indoor licensable activities will remain the same.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between the 21st May 2022 and 18th June 2022. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
