NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 WYRE FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL
Wyre Forest District Council (Public Footpath No 628 (part) (formerly Footpath 64) in the Parish of Wolverley and Cookley) Diversion Order 2022
The above Order was made on 19 May 2022. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath running on the line forming part of Public Footpath No 628 shown by a bold black line between Point A (Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SO 85299 79395 and Point B (OSGR SO 85333 79430) on the Order map and approximately 52 metres in length and create an alternative footpath instead running on a line shown by bold black dashes between the Point A and Point C (OSGR SO 85316 79396) and Point B on the Order map and approximately 56 metres in length and created between Point A to Point B to a minimum width of 2 metres. Between Point A and Point C the path will be amenity grassland and between Point C and Point B 1.5 metres of the width of the path will be surfaced using self-binding gravel, with the remainder 0.5 metres, running along the grass adjacent.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11 7WF from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday (save for public or bank holidays). Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.00.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent in writing addressed to the Solicitor for the Council at Wyre Forest House Finepoint Way Kidderminster Worcestershire DY11 7WF (Ref: CB/HT6/53) not later than 30 June 2022. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wyre Forest District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
