Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath ZC85 (Part) Leominster, Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above order made on 30th March, 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath ZC85 (Part) in the Town of Leominster running from OS Grid Reference SO 4956 5677 to OS Grid Reference SO 4949 5610. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 4955 5677 to OS Grid reference SO 4949 5610.
Highways Act 1980 Section 118, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath ZC89 (Part) Leominster, Public Path Extinguishment Order 2022

The above order made on 30th March, 2022 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish that length of Footpath ZC89 (Part) in the Town of Leominster running from OS Grid Reference SO 4944, 5648 to OS Grid Reference SO 4945, 5648.

Confirmation of this order shall be concurrent with the date of confirmation of the Herefordshire Council Footpath ZC85 (Part) Leominster Public Path Diversion Order 2022.

Representations or objections to the orders must be made in writing to Public Rights of Way Manager, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 OLE, or by email to

, quoting reference PROW/D519 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 28th June, 2022. Your details may be made available to third parties.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the orders as unopposed orders. If the orders are sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the orders.
