Temporary Traffic Management Order of Courtyard Cottages, Piddletrenthide
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 16 June 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 16 July 2022. This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing works.
The effect of this Order is as follows:
[1] To impose temporary road closure on Courtyard Cottages as indicated by signs on site
[2] To impose a clearway as indicated by signs on site to prevent waiting or parking on the highway along Courtyard Cottages. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986. Temporary Closure of Anvil Road, Pimperne
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along ANVIL ROAD, PIMPERNE, between the junctions and where the road meets with Down Road and Church Road (in both directions), a distance of approximately 30 metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 6 June 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22 July 2022. This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out culvert replacement, maintenance and resurfacing works.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed sections.

The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 11 June 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 16 July 2022.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway surface treatment works.
The effect of this Order is as follows:
[1] To impose temporary road closures on the following roads as indicated by signs on site; - Duck Street - Wills Lane - Long Street. [2] To impose a clearway as indicated by signs on site to prevent waiting or parking on the highway along the following roads as indicated by signs on site; - Duck Street - Wills Lane - Long Street.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

It will come into operation on 14 June 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months and can be extended with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport if necessary; however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 20 June 2022.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance
and resurfacing works.
The effect of this Order is as follows:

The Dorset Council (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Map Based) (Amendment No.28) (Brunswick Terrace, Weymouth) Order 2022
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Dorset has made the abovementioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. When the Order comes into operation on 13th June 2022 the effect of the Order is to introduce new no loading restrictions in the turning circle on Brunswick Terrace, Weymouth.

Temporary Closure of Public Footpath S34/19, Ringstead
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All pedestrians will be prohibited from proceeding along Public Footpath S34/19, Ringstead, from grid reference SY 752 813 to grid reference SY 754 814 a distance of approximately 170 metres. The order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. It came into operation on the 13 May 2022 for a period of 26 weeks.
However can be extended, with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport, if necessary.
This closure is required to allow works to take place on the caravan site. The alternative route will go via Fishers Place, Right of Way S33/6, Right of Way S34/19 and vice versa.

Temporary Traffic Management Notice for Various Roads, West Moors
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 25 April 2022 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 1 October 2022. These dates are a window of works an exact date will follow in turn.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works.
[i] All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Forest Road, West Moors (in both directions), a distance of approximately 100 metres.
[ii] All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Firs Glen Road, West Moors(in both directions), a distance of approximately 325 metres.
[iii] All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Station Road, West Moors (in both directions), a distance of approximately 315 metres.
[iV] All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Oakhurst Road, West Moors (in both directions), a distance of approximately 620 metres. [V] All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Woodside Road, West Moors (in both directions), a distance of approximately 180 metres. [Vi] All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Highfield Road, West Moors (in both directions), a distance of approximately 430 metres. [Vii] To impose clearway and parking suspension as indicated by signs on site to prevent waiting or parking on the highway along any road listed above. All pedestrians, horse riders, and cyclists will be prohibited from proceeding along Bridleway S58/5 & S58/4, Winterborne St Martin and Winterborne Monkton, from grid reference SY 653 892 to grid reference SY 672 891 a distance of approximately 2000 metres. The order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. It will come into operation on 6 June 2022 for a period of 26 weeks. The order can be extended, with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport, if necessary.
The Order is required to allow resurfacing work to take place to improve the network for all users.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE; On this occasion there is no reasonable alternative route. The reverse route applies.

Bridleway 17, Maiden Newton And Bridleways 14 & 2, Frampton
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All pedestrians, horse riders and cyclists will be prohibited from proceeding along part of bridleway W29/17 & bridleway W21/14, from grid reference SY 609 958 to grid reference SY 619 950 and, from grid reference SY 623 947 to grid reference SY 628 945 a combined distance of approximately 2000 metres. The reverse route applies. The Order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. It will come into operation on 06 June 2022, for a period of 6 months. This Order can be extended with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport, if necessary.
The Order is required to allow works to be undertaken to the surface of the route to bring it up to a standard where bikes, horses, and pedestrians can use it.
On this occasion, there is no reasonable alternative route.
