Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Denholme Road, Oxenhope Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works proposed to be executed on or near Denholme Road, Oxenhope intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Denholme Road from its junction with Blackmoor for approximately 60 meters in an easterly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access, access for emergency service vehicles and vehicles associated with the works will be allowed.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Denholme Road, (unaffected section), Long Causeway, New Road, Main Road, Keighley Road, Halifax Road, Haworth Road, Brow Top Road, Blackmoor Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 7th June 2022 and remain in force until 17:00 hours on the 7th June 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
