Notice is hereby given that We, Castleside Club Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Castleside Club & Institute Ltd 13 Rowley Bank Castleside Consett, DH8 9QT for a variation of a Premises Licence to permit the follow proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 11.00 - 23.00, Friday and Saturday 11.00 - 01.00 on and off sales Boxing Day, Bank Holiday, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day until 01.00. The full application can be inspected at the Council's office at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30.am and 4.30pm.

A responsible Authority or Other Part under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 14th June 2022 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence to knowlingly or recklessly to make a false station in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
