Notice Under Article 13 Of The Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) England Order 2015

Proposed development at Welborne, Land North of the M27 J10, Fareham, Hampshire. I give notice that Buckland Development Limited is applying to Fareham Borough Council for a non-material amendment to the outline planning permission P/17/0266/OA. The non-material amendment proposed is as follows: Adjustment of the alignment of the improvements to M27 J10 to accommodate an additional footpath and cycleway and other minor associated engineering operations Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 7AZ within 21 days of the date of this notice.
