Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order:

C1004 From Boresford To C1007 Via Birtley, Birtley, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1004 From Boresford To C1007 Via Birtley, Birtley, from Boresford to C1007. Grid Ref: 336631/269455.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Grove Road onto C1007 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to drainage works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place.

The said closure will come into force on 6th of June 2022 and remain in Force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
